As we move into Q2, we would like to take this opportunity to update you on the current recruitment market for senior hires.

It continues to move at an astonishing pace, and we know this can put an enormous amount of pressure on internal teams when working to secure talent. To support you, I have put together some information that guides you through the process and we welcome any questions you may have. 

Women Owned Business certification  

Many of you will have seen that Suzie Walker Executive Search has been awarded Women Owned business certification by WEConnect International. In addition to this milestone for the business, we were delighted to contribute an article on tackling attrition in theHRDIRECTOR magazine – a huge issue for organisations right now. Networking breakfasts 

We always enjoy hearing from talented and high-performing leaders, so it was also a pleasure to meet with an impressive group of C-suite candidates at our recent networking breakfast at The Wolseley, London, and a group of Head-of marketers at our meeting at The Delaunay. While our network breakfasts are invite-only, they are open to candidates who have been through our registration and assessment process.
