About Danielle Anderson

Danielle has more than 18 years' experience in Digital, Customer Experience and Innovation. Prior to her role at Dunhill, as Chief Digital Officer, she spent more than seven years at Perspective Consulting, as the Founder and Independent Specialist partnering with some phenomenal brands, including Honest Burgers, AmRest (which includes Starbucks, Pizza Hut, KFC), Chelsea Football Club, The Bicester Village Shopping Collection, Mr & Mrs Smith and Pets at Home. She also has previously worked for Burberry and Boston Consulting Group.  

Danielle has been awarded Best Use of Technology in Customer Experience at the Retail Week Customer Experience Awards, Best Use of Mobile for Payment at the Mobile Innovations Awards, and the Innovation Award from Women: Inspiration & Enterprise, and more. Also armed with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Danielle's knowledge and experience is exceptional.
