Summer update
As it’s now officially summer and many of our clients and candidates will be heading on holiday during July and August, I thought it would be a good idea to update you on the market and share a few tips for the months ahead.
The market has really picked up this year and we’re now seeing significant activity across all senior leadership roles – Head-of, Director and Chief-of positions. Head-of and Director levels remain the most active, though the Chief-of roles are returning with several new briefs scheduled to go live over the coming weeks. We’re also seeing an increase in talent availability, so the competition for roles is substantial. If you're considering your next career move, or actively looking, we recommend that you use these summer months to prepare for the next recruitment peak in September.
