Spring update

As we move into spring, it feels like a natural moment to pause and reflect on the first part of the year and look ahead to what’s shaping the senior marketing leadership landscape.

Increase in roles

Encouragingly, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in senior marketing and digital leadership roles coming to market in recent months. After a period of caution across many organisations, businesses are beginning to re-engage with their growth agendas and are placing renewed emphasis on leadership that can deliver clear commercial impact.

Client expectations

At the same time, expectations of senior leaders continue to evolve. Organisations are looking for candidates who can connect brand, customer and digital capability directly to business performance. The accelerating influence of AI, data and technology is also reshaping marketing teams, increasing the demand for leaders who combine strategic vision with operational discipline.

Candidate community

Alongside our search work, we’ve been delighted to continue bringing our community of senior leaders together through our events and webinars. These sessions create space for open conversations about career navigation, leadership challenges and the changing expectations placed on marketers today.

A sincere thank you to everyone who has contributed their time and insight so far this year, whether through attending events, participating in Q&As, or partnering with us on searches. And congratulations, as always, to the brilliant candidates who have successfully moved into new leadership roles in recent months.

Wishing you a positive and successful spring.
