Autumn update
This quarter is off to a strong start for senior leadership roles, as we work on placements for Head of Digital Growth (D2C), Interim Head of Ecommerce (D2C), Head of Growth (agency), Head of Content (agency), Interim Head of Digital (leisure/travel), Group Head of Marketing (B2B SaaS), Marketing & Ecommerce Director (retail), Chief Marketing Officer (consumer services), Chief Marketing Officer (B2B), and Chief Marketing Officer (retail) roles. So, while the competition among candidates is high, we’re seeing a consistent pipeline of roles coming through.
Understandably, this level of competition has been an area of concern for candidates in recent months. The volume of new registrations and messages to the team has been significantly higher than usual. However, we hope our recent email to candidates outlining the process was both helpful and reassuring.
