Gemma Cleland is the Chief Marketing Officer for Convatec – at FTSE 100 healthcare company, offering pioneering solutions for the management of chronic conditions and, in her role as CMO, Gemma is responsible for building globally competitive capabilities.
Gemma has gained more than 20 years’ marketing and commercial experience, including more than 14 years at Unilever, where she had the VP Global Marketing Beauty & Personal Care and Vice President Home Care UK & Ireland roles. She also spent more than three years in a senior brand role at Danone.
Gemma’s incredible success has been recognised by Marketing Week with her inclusion in their Top 100 Most Effective Marketers. She is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy and was a judge at this year’s Marketing Week Awards.
