Matt Bushby appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Rightmove
Congratulations to Matt Bushby, UK&I Marketing Director at Just Eat, on his appointment as Chief Marketing Officer at Rightmove.
Rightmove’s purpose is to “make home moving easier in the UK” by creating a simple and efficient property marketplace. On average, there are more than 141 million visits to Rightmove each month.
Taking over from Iain Kennedy, who joined Rightmove as CMO in January 2014, Matt says, “I’m thrilled to be joining Rightmove, an iconic brand that plays a big part in so many people’s lives. I can’t wait to work with the team to further grow and shape the future of the business and the brand.”
Peter Brooks-Johnson, CEO at Rightmove, says, “It’s an exciting time for Matt to join as we continue to make home-moving easier. This year we’ve been developing a number of innovations, including new market-first products to help make the process of finding and moving into a rental property better. I’m confident that Matt will fit in well with our culture of restless innovation.”
Matt has been the UK&I Marketing Director at Just Eat since May 2019 and with the company for six years overall. He led the UK’s Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry campaigns and negotiated the brand sponsorship of Love Island, which has been running for the past three years.
