About Caroline

Caroline Webb is a Chief Marketing Officer – most recently at The Royal Mint. With extensive marketing leadership experience, Caroline has driven business growth and transformation across retail, travel and leisure in dynamic D2C and B2B organisations. 

As CMO at The Royal Mint, and as part of the executive leadership team, Caroline drove transformation of the business for commercial growth, building on the 1100 years of history and making it relevant in the UK and Internationally. 

Caroline’s previous roles include Marketing Director at Oak Furnitureland; Head of Brand Marketing at The Rank Group - including the Grosvenor Casinos and Mecca Bingo brands; and has worked in leadership roles with Travelodge, The Money Advice Service, TM Lewin, BAA, Debenhams and Weight Watchers.
