He has held senior leadership roles at globally recognised organisations including The Walt Disney Company and Parques Reunidos, where he led large-scale commercial transformations, scaled omni-channel businesses, and drove significant revenue growth across complex, multi-site operations.
Today, Hugh is the owner of Hugh Wood Consulting, advising businesses on commercial strategy, growth, and transformation, alongside entrepreneurial ventures such as Terrible Tours. He also brings extensive experience as a board advisor, investor, and educator, including roles with London Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
