About Gamze
Gamze Oztoygar Masia is a strategic marketing and brand professional with international experience in FMCG across developed and emerging markets. Currently, Gamze is the Global Product and Innovation Director for Nelsons – the home of Rescue Remedy – operating in the natural health and wellness sector across multiple markets, including the UK, France, Germany, and the USA.
Prior to Nelsons, Gamze spent more than 16 years at Unilever – one of the world’s most successful businesses – in several senior leadership roles, including the Global Brand and Innovation Director role, and Personal Care Strategy Lead. In addition to Unilever’s personal care and beauty brands, Gamze's experience included their high-profile food and beverage brands: Cornetto, Knorr, Lipton and Magnum.
Throughout her career, Gamze has garnered a number of awards – 15 in fact – which include a Golden Effie, plus the Cannes Lions shortlist. A truly exceptional career.
