About Dominic
Dominic Grounsell is a senior commercial leader with expertise across marketing, sales and digital in diverse sectors, including FMCG, financial services, telecoms, and gambling. He specialises in delivering growth, building high-performing teams, and driving transformational projects.
Dom spent more than five years at Entain – the entertainment provider – including the Chief Commercial Officer role. He was the Global Marketing Director at Travelex, and also held director-level roles at RSA and Capital One.
Dom was a Council Member for the ISBA for more than three years and a Non-Executive Board Member at The Marketing Society for more than six years.
