About Dunke
Dunke Afe is a highly experienced senior marketing leader, Non-Executive Director, Board Advisor, Committee Chair and Leadership Coach. She combines deeply honed skills in strategy, brand, and digital marketing, with DEI experience and solid financial, governance and risk management skillsets.
Dunke has worked with leading FMCG and luxury beauty brands, including the Executive Director, Global Marketing & Regions role at Jo Malone; Marketing Director, Personal Care at Kimberly-Clark; and Global Marketing Director, Brands and Portfolio at Unilever, where she worked for 18 years in several Director-level roles.
Dunke is currently a Non-Executive Director at BlackRock Smaller Companies and CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust. She is a Board Advisor for 100 Allies and a Business Consultant at LHI Consulting.
In addition, Dunke supports non-profit organisations, including Lean In, which helps women to achieve their ambitions and create a more equal world, and LEAD Network Europe, which inspires men and women in the European Retail & CPG Industry to create a future of inclusion and gender equality at all levels.
